C.A.R.E. DRESS CODE
Attire during general sessions and break-out sessions is Business Casual.

Jeans are acceptable during daytime sessions only.

Tank tops, shorts, athletic clothing, hats, ripped or frayed clothing, swimwear, and flip-flops are not allowed.

​C.A.R.E. COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
The safety and health of our dentists, attendees and co-workers are of utmost importance. We encourage all attendees at C.A.R.E. to be fully vaccinated and wear appropriate face coverings, but it is not required.

The following safety measures will be implemented at C.A.R.E.:

The C.A.R.E. Conference will abide by CDC guidelines and recommendations for events

The C.A.R.E. Conference will abide by the state and local recommendations

Affordable C.A.R.E. will provide appropriate cloth face masks for all attendees

The C.A.R.E. Conference will optimize the space to allow for the practicing social distancing

Affordable C.A.R.E. will provide rapid onsite testing and will have a designated COVID-19 contact to handle concerns

TUITION
C.A.R.E. Tuition is offered at $2,500 per attendee to all dentists in the network.
Tuition is billed upon final registration confirmation in July, and includes the following:

GROUP TRAVEL
C.A.R.E. travel costs, including airfare and group travel, will be billed at actual cost following the event.
All attendees are required to utilize group travel during the C.A.R.E. Conference. Group travel includes the following:

Group Transportation

Individual Air Travel
GUEST ATTENDANCE
Each attendee is invited to bring one guest to C.A.R.E. at an additional fee of $950 per guest.

Attendee Gift, Evening Social Activities & Entertainment
Each attendee is permitted one hotel room per night, and guests would be required to share this hotel room with the attendee. Additional room requests will not be accommodated.
Guests are not permitted to attend the C.A.R.E. Conference general or break-out sessions, however, they are invited to join attendees during all meals and breaks if desired.
Guests are required to abide by the attire guidelines for all events in which they participate.
Each attendee is permitted one registered guest at social events. Guests will be required to bring badge identification to all events to participate. Unregistered guests will not be permitted at C.A.R.E. events.
Guest fees will be due at the time of registration and payable with a personal credit card. Guest registration can be cancelled, and the fee refunded until September 1, 2022. Thereafter, the fee is non-refundable. Each attendee is responsible for paying the guest fee and guest travel expenses, as well as any leisure activities or costs that may be incurred during the C.A.R.E. Conference. If preferred, guest air travel can be booked through the Affordable travel agent and will require payment with a personal credit card at the time of booking.
Guest fees, travel and any other guest-related costs are not reimbursable or billable to the practice.
Children are not permitted to attend C.A.R.E. Conference events.
